Family Advisory Services – Advantage Hockey has successfully facilitated the placement of over 150 players in NCAA Division I, NCAA Division III, and USports programs, representing 72 institutions across Canada and the United States. Our placements include 30 NCAA Division I schools, 19 Division III schools, and 23 USports institutions, culminating in over $20 million secured in scholarships and financial aid for our athletes.
Player Evaluation
Advantage Hockey offers customized services designed explicitly for fully committed players who are dedicated to their academic and athletic pursuits. We support well-rounded individuals who appreciate that life transcends hockey and whom strive for excellence in all areas of their lives.
Vetting Process
Prior to enrollment in our program, players and their families must undergo a comprehensive vetting process. These steps are vital to ensure alignment in values, principles and expectations – as our partnership extends beyond the realm of hockey.
For new clients, a thorough vetting process is strictly required.
Our 4-stage evaluation and vetting process ensures a fair design for committed players.
1. One-on-one meeting with the player (parents may attend as guests).
2. Parent-only meeting.
3. Final meeting with both player and parents to confirm mutual understanding of expectations and commitment.
4. Players and parents are encouraged to speak with current and former athletes and their families regarding our services.
