2011 AUGUST WHISTLER PREP CAMP

THE Advantage Hockey is excited to introduce the Whistler AAA Prep Camp.  Our goal is to offer elite players an intense hockey training environment and offer families an opportunity to enjoy Whistler and all it has to offer.  The players will get their afternoons to enjoy Whistler as well.

We will be accepting 14 skaters, of high caliber, into this week long camp. The main focus of the camp will be individual skill development, including explosive power skating, edge control, shooting techniques, scoring strategies and stick handling.

SUMMER CAMP

TEAM PACIFIC FEMALE PROSPECT CAMP The Advantage Hockey is once again offering this popular summer prospect camp.  Our 4th annual female camp is located at Planet Ice, Coquitlam.  This will provide an opportunity for players to prepare for the upcoming winter season.  Be prepared when you return to your winter team.

Spring programs are designed primarily to focus on the player’s skating, passing, stick handling and shooting technique from an individual perspective. The program is open to elite players from the ages of 8 to 17. Our sessions run twice a week, from April – June, offering a series of 20 sessions per age group.

THE Advantage Hockey Winter Development programs offer training for individuals, small groups and teams. Our winter skill development and training programs are open to elite players and rep teams, with players 8 to 17 years of age. We offer both male and female sessions. Our programs are designed focus on areas most need by players and teams as they progress through the season. Sessions run every Sunday, October to March, throughout the Winter season, offering a series of 20 sessions per group.

INDIVIDUAL AND SMALL GROUP TRAINING

THE Advantage Hockey provides individual training, where players can focus on specific techniques, skating or stick handling in a 1 on 1 environment with one of our instructors. Individual sessions will focus on your particular needs and provide a private learning environment for optimal training. If you would prefer to work with other players of similar abilities, we also offer training in small groups. In small groups sessions, of up to 6 participants, we offer you similar attention as our 1 on 1 training, but with the added ability of working in partners.

ASSOCIATION TRAINING

THE Advantage Hockey Development offers services to Minor Hockey Associations and to individual teams throughout the hockey season. We currently work with numerous male and female hockey associations in Metro Vancouver. We provide single sessions for specialized team tactics practices or we offer a series of sessions for individual skill development, stick handling, shooting and skating techniques.Contact THE Advantage Hockey to arrange a guest instructor for your team.
